Local Facilities
The Centre is on the harbour foreshore in the heart of Newcastle’s tourism and cultural hub with the Honeysuckle restaurants and cafes on our doorstep.
Good walking paths and small parks allow for a pleasant outdoor experience and places for family picnics.
The Centre has been designed with good access for people with restricted mobility.
We are a short walk from Civic Railway Station and the adjacent bus stop in Hunter St. Bus services within the city centre itself are free between 7am and 6pm, 7 days a week so we suggest you try public transport.
The best parking is on local streets or in the Honeysuckle Car Park, just a few minutes walk away.
Street parking provides for extended parking for people with the appropriate parking approvals although there are no designated parking spots.
